In 2019 my wife, Linda, and I volunteered with the nonprofit spreeha.org assisting their health and education services in Bangladesh. These photographs were taken in three localities of the country. In the Rayer Bazar slum within the Bangladesh capitol city of Dhaka Spreeha supports a health clinic, community health workers, and educational programs. We also went to the Rohingya refuge camp in southeast Bangladesh where Spreeha also has clinics. Most of Bangladesh is a low lying river delta for three rivers flowing from the Himalaya Mountains. River commerce and travel is essential to the country and we spent time traveling the rivers as well. More information about the trip as well as many photographs can be found in my Kindle book "Where Richness Lies ~ a story from Bangladesh" at www.amazon.com/Where-Richness-Lies-story-Bangladesh-ebook/dp/B08NZ3SGCX/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=where+richness+lies+a+story+from+bangladesh&qid=1630517961&sr=8-1
